You may return your item within 14 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health & personal care items

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • If a return is requested after the 14-day return window has passed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if they have not been packed or shipped.
Once packaging and shipping have begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • The order doesn’t arrive due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • The order doesn’t arrive within the 30-day guaranteed delivery window due to customs delays or courier issues outside our control.
