The vacuum is great. It works great and our dog has no problem laying there while we comb him. He actually loves it too. I would give it 4 stars because it has one small problem. The rubber feet on the vacuum keep falling off. We always find them because our dog ends up chewing on them. That would be my only concern with the product.

This is the best grooming set I have ever bought. Works great on all four of my cocker spaniels. Highly recommend it if you groom your pets yourself. So easy to use. No mess to clean up afterwards.

Blade broke after seven months of use. The blade is held in place by little metal pins. This seems to be a weak point in the product’s design. Reached out to th company, they honored the warranty and sent a new blade.

This photo is after 20 mins of brushing; it’s absolutely astonishing. He’s not a fan of the vacuum cleaner, and thankfully this is a lot less noisy then that. He was as scared at first so we had to go slow and work up to higher speeds.

I put a same day before photo of my great Pyr. I used this on two large dogs and two Persian cats. I have never clipped my own cats before so they are super uneven but that’s more user error/learning. But man does this thing work amazing! I have bought so many vacuums trying to keep up with my four pets. I used this for about an hour today and filled up a medium trash bag with fur! It has a ton of attachments so I was able to use specific brushes for everyone’s coat types. It is SO quiet on the low setting and even my two anxious critters didn’t seems to mind it at all after a couple treats and leaving it on in the same room as them for a few minutes. My great pyr kept pawing me while working on my other pets because she liked it so much!

Unfortunately, just past the year mark, and the warranty, the hose split in two places rendering the entire product useless. Costly to have to buy another grooming kit and a lot of waste to have another set of tool attachments when the initial set are all working fine. Great idea and product worked for a little over a year, but something as critical as the hose for the vacuum needs to be made with more durability or at very least give the customer the option to purchase a replacement hose. I will have to find another at home solution with more durable parts. Very disappointed.

My dogs weren’t scared when I turned it on. I quickly used it on my 2 shelties. Mind you, they had a bath a few days. Shelties she’d a lot unless you groom their fur often. I was so surprised to see how much hair came out and straight to the vacuum holder. Wow! I let my dogs get use to the vacuum’s low setting first. No issues. After I finished doing the grooming, I changed the vacuum’s settings. No barking. The stayed put. The vacuum was not as loud as their hair dryer. I am very impressed. I am looking forward in trying the other tools too.

This little gadget is amazing! I have a Golden Retriever (Buck) and the amount of hair can be overwhelming! When I use a regular brush, it becomes a game and Buck tried to chase the tufts of hair that fall off of the brush. Because this machine sucks the hair right into the chamber, Buck doesn’t get wound up and I don’t have to clean up the hair that typically flies everywhere! At first, Buck was a little skittish so I turned the vacuum on and walked away. Buck explored the machine and I provided treats and verbal praise. Within 30 minutes he let me brush him.

My son used this last week. It was recommended by a friend who has two dogs. Our dog was usually groomed at a groomer. However, he is an older dog and has tags. The groomer was shown the tags. But they nicked one and it’s not healing. That is why I purchased . Our dog did awesome! Noise level very quiet and did not scare him!

We have 2 dogs, a 12 y/o German Shepherd and a 2 y/o Golden. They both shed SO much. After a family member commented that our house smelled like dog, I’ve been looking for way to reduce the smell and dog hair. This vacuum is quiet enough it doesn’t scare or alert the dogs (except for the Golden who is afraid of leaves blowing) and has a powerful suction to make sure the hair doesn’t go flying. Both the grooming tool and the deshedder grab so much hair. And then the button just clicks and then it suctions right up! It also has a trimmer, which was helpful for getting the knots out of our Golden’s hair. 100/10 WOULD RECOMMEND
